Stinky Tofu

I was watching the Travel Channel the other week, and Bizzare Foods (I think) was on. The episode was about food in China, and most of the food looked delicious. But one of the foods freaked me out. Stinky tofu is fermented tofu that is cooked. It looks like furry bread and apparently it doesn't smell too great either. One of my coworkers is from China and insists that its delicious. Regardless, I don't think I would ever try this. Would you?
