MY Stuffed Chicken Caprese

I followed through with my last post and made some stuffed chicken caprese for my family of six tonight. :) It's honestly not the cheapest meal to make, but I wanted to Impress everyone. And trust me, this meal does not disappoint. Everyone loved it. Oh, and it came at a price.. I burnt my hand pretty terribly. :(
